The elections were organized in accordance with the principles of the newly adopted statute, which was voted on at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of the Chamber on March 21 this year. The members of the Chamber decided that Przemysław Bochat from Swimer Sp. will be the President of the organization. z o. o. Sp. k. The President was elected for a four-year term.

Przemysław Bochat is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed postgraduate studies in agriculture at the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, and is also an MBA graduate. He has experience as a member of the management board and member of the supervisory board in commercial law companies. In his career so far, he can also boast of being an entrepreneur and farmer. Since 2006, he has been involved in the marketing activities of BIN grain silos. Currently, he is responsible for marketing and management of Swimer from Toruń – a European leader in the production of tanks for storing liquids. From 2009, he was a member of the management board of the Polish Association of Cereal Producers, where he was responsible, among others, for: for the promotion of food products of grain origin, in 2022 he took up the position of vice-president of the management board, from 2023 he has been the president of the management board of the Association. Moreover, since 2023, he has also been the Vice-President of the Federation of Branch Associations of Agricultural Producers. In his free time, he is interested in hunting and motoring, his interests also include renewable energy sources and traveling.
