Acknowledgements for Mr. Leszek Weremczuk

With respect and gratitude, we inform you that Leszek Weremczuk, who has been actively involved in the agricultural sector with unwavering dedication for over 40 years, has retired after a well-deserved career.

In his career, Leszek Weremczuk held many important positions. After completing his horticulture studies in 1984 and obtaining the degree of MSc Eng. in horticulture, he began working as a teacher at the Maciej Rataj Agricultural School Complex in Mieczysławów near Kutno. In 1985, he started working at the Kutno Sugar Beet Breeding Plant as an Inspector for Seed Plantations. In 1997, he was employed at PPHU Rolmasz Kutno, formerly the Kraj Agricultural Machinery Factory in Kutno, as the Chief Specialist in Marketing and Sales. Since 1999, he worked at Agroma Kutno as head of the sales team. In July of the same year, he became Marketing and Sales Director at Expom Krośniewice. The next stage of his professional career began in February 2022 when he took the position of Director of Dealer Network Development at Unia Grudziądz. Leszek Weremczuk participated in founding the Agro 7 Group in 1997 and was its coordinator until January 2022.

Over the years, he also held key roles within the Chamber’s structures, including serving on the Chamber Council, where he was also Chairman, acting as Director of Development, and from March 2024, holding the positions of Vice President of the Management Board and Managing Director. His invaluable experience, in-depth industry knowledge, high interpersonal skills, outstanding communicativeness, and full commitment to achieving the Chamber’s goals have significantly contributed to the development and strengthening of our organization, for which we sincerely thank him.

In recent days, a meeting was held during which Chamber representatives had the opportunity to reminisce with Mr. Leszek Weremczuk about years of fruitful cooperation and to wish him all the best and satisfaction in his well-deserved retirement. It was also an excellent occasion to thank him for his dedication and invaluable support.

We wish that the coming retirement period will be filled with peace, joy, and the fulfillment of passions. We hope to stay in touch and that Mr. Leszek Weremczuk’s knowledge and experience will continue to inspire us all.
