The New Holland brand received the most important, sole Gold Medal granted by the DLG committee, as well as two Silver Medals.
The Gold Medal was awarded for the general design concept underlying the new Twin Rotor combined harvester, which will be presented during a global launch at the Agritechnica Fair in November 2023. This innovation was chosen as the best one from among 250 entries.
Two silver medals were awarded to new New Holland products from its range of tractors with an alternative drive: T7 Methane Power LNG (using liquid natural gas) and T4 Electric Power. Both tractors were presented for the first time during the CNH Tech Day in Arisona, United States, in December 2022.
The gold medal is the award for our segment of harvesting machines, an area in which the New Holland brand has an established position and has been a leader for years.
The revolutionary new combined harvester is one of our most important launches in recent years, and will be manufactured at the New Holland’s Center of Harvesting Excellence in Zedelgem, Belgium. This machine was designed and created anew, to ensure higher productivity, reduce grain loss, and introduce higher automation required by farms of the future all over the world, and in Europe in particular.
New T7 Methane Power LNG and T4 Electric Power tractors represent the future for the range of New Holland alternate drives, confirming our leadership and involvement in sustainable development, as well as research and investments in alternate fuels, combined with the most advanced automation functions and innovations in precise technologies.
