The result of 18% market share speaks for itself, there is a reason why every fifth sprayer purchased under the RDP is a machine manufactured by Krukowiak.

It is one of the greatest distinctions for us and an award for the last 6 years of hard work. Over the years, we have analyzed our products in terms of implementing and applying the latest solutions in the field of electronics and production technology.

It is worth saying that we have introduced new advanced sprayer control systems. We were the first in Europe, together with Arag, to popularize the Seletron system (electronic disconnection of individual nozzles), and after a few years as the first in Poland, the pneumatic disconnection of individual nozzles in cooperation with the German company Mueller Elektronik. Our machines can be equipped with the most modern precision farming systems, and the customers we serve appreciate quality, flexibility and convenience, and we have focused all our attention on these aspects. Agriculture in Poland is developing dynamically and as a result the structure of farms is changing, they are becoming larger and there is a need to produce larger and more efficient machines. As the only Polish company, we produce sprayers with capacities up to 8,000 and working widths of 40m.

New investments, such as a modern paint shop for over 7 million zlotys, allowed us to improve the varnish coating in order to better protect the machine elements exposed to the effects of plant protection products. We put great emphasis on the stabilization of the beam and we paid a lot of attention to that – observing and analyzing our machines while working at the customer’s site in difficult conditions. The changes also concerned several elements of the trapezoid on which the beam is suspended. This improved the behaviour of the arms, especially on demanding terrain. We also looked at the main sprayer frame and made it stronger. Although they are the same series of machines, at first glance, the structure itself is constantly improved.

We are pleased to hear positive feedback from users of our machines, which motivates us to constantly develop our products. At the end of 2020, two completely new machines, Ekopielnik and Chwastownik, officially entered our price lists. We are constantly following the new environmental protection regulations and we wanted to propose an alternative to organic farms and traditional farms that want to limit the amount of plant protection products used. Despite the fact that a significant part of the production are sprayers, we do not forget about the support of the ecological sector.

At the end of 2020, 2 new machines officially entered the price lists. The eco-farm and weeder are primarily used for the mechanical destruction of weeds and aeration of the topsoil in order to provide better conditions for plant growth.

Taking this opportunity, we would like to thank our dealers and customers because it was thanks to their trust in our brand that we were able to achieve such success. We took care of great organization and planning of the purchase of components that make up our machines.

At the moment, we cannot complain about the lack of orders. Currently, the production of machines takes place in a two-shift mode and the deadlines are up to five months.
