Tractors used previously had smaller power, which not always allowed for transportation of larger loads or for operation in difficult conditions. The application of driving axles was the most widespread solution at that time, allowing to prevent these problems. Over the years, the power of tractors has increased substantially, and the application of driving axles has gradually decreased. At present, the capacity and tonnage of transported loads have grown substantially, whereas the driving force during travel on the road has not improved much. It became necessary to use wider wheels, in order to transmit the force of the tractor on the subbase, which resulted in increased costs, and yet the increase in driving force was hardly satisfying. Moreover, additional loading of tractors has been applied, in order to increase their adhesion to the surface, but this also resulted in greater fuel consumption and in case in incorrect distribution of loads,  in premature wear and tear of parts and tires. In difficult conditions of operation and with larger and larger transport sets, tractors face difficult test, fuel consumption increases and efficiency of operation decreases! As the manufacturer of agricultural equipment, JOSKIN has kept on searching for the solutions that allow to increase the capacity of its machines and to solve the problems connected with transportation. In the past great attention was paid to reduction of own weight of machines by means of new concepts of production and selection of adequate materials, and at the same time  JOSKIN has worked on the innovative solution called «E-Drive» for many years.
