26 kwietnia br. w Sopocie odbyło się Walne Zgromadzenie Członków Polskiej Izby Gospodarczej Maszy i Urządzeń Rolniczych.
The second day is the working part devoted to the General Meeting. The most important elements of the meeting were the elections of the House authorities. The meeting was held in accordance with the principles of the new statute, adopted on March 21 this year, which provides for changes in the structure of the Management Board and a new body – the Supervisory Board.
The management board has been expanded to include three management board members, each of whom represents a different group of entrepreneurs associated with the Chamber. It is also an organizational change resulting from the new statute. From now on, the members of the Chamber are divided into three groups: producers, importers and dealers, and each group appoints a representative to the management board.
However, the most important thing was the election of the President of the Management Board. Two candidates stood for election: the current President – Wojciech Bury from Bury Maszyny Rolnicze and Przemysław Bochat from Swimer Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. Ultimately, the participants of the General Meeting decided to elect Przemysław Bochat as President. The new president was elected for a four-year term. The following were elected as members of the management board: Artur Szymczak (Kuhn Maszyn Rolnicze) representing importers, Seweryn Borkowski (KFMR Krukowiak) – representing machine manufacturers and Maciej Małolepszy (Małolepszy Group) as a representative of dealers.
The Supervisory Board – the new body of the Chamber, by decision of the participants of the General Meeting, will include: Krzysztof Kinstler (Societe Promodis) – as Chairman and Wiesław Kujawa (Reitech) and Marek Kunce (Roltop) as members of the Council.
The structure of the organization still includes the Chamber Council, which is an advisory and opinion-forming body. Its chairman will be Michał Matuszewski (Agromix Rojęczyn), vice-chairman Paweł Bawolski (Korbanek).
