Metal-Plast Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is a modern company specializing in the production of agricultural, industrial and municipal equipment. It is located in north-eastern Poland in the village of Brzozie Lubawskie. It operates not only on the local market but also throughout the European Union. 15 years in the industry allowed the company to specialize in its field, develop and as a result build a regular customers base.
Metal-Plast produces: crocodile clamps, buckets, bale grippers, snow ploughs and height baskets, but the company’s flagship products are front linkages and ballast weights. Recently, the company has also introduced front loaders.
The three-point linkage for tractors is suitable for a variety of agricultural work and allows you to do more in one pass thanks to the possibility of adding another machine at the front of the tractor. A three-point hitch covered with a primer and painted with a special varnish with increased resistance to weather conditions (original colours of the tractor manufacturer). The massive and durable structure is equipped with two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, category II or III folding and hardened hooks, flexible elements, flexible connection and a shut-off valve. The offer includes three categories of three-point linkage lifting capacity for a given tractor model: 3.6 t, 2.8 t and 1.8. In addition, universal three-point linkages with adjustable width and a lifting capacity of 1t, 1.8t and 2.8t were introduced for individual adaptation to the machine by the customer.
Ballast – the weight on the three-point linkage is metal, ribbed inside and poured with concrete. It has a reinforced front hitch for connecting another machine. The ballast surface is covered with a zinc primer and powder coated. The solid structure and high quality of workmanship ensure the reliability of the equipment, and the modern shape makes it suitable for all tractor models. The ballast serves as a load on the front of the tractor, affecting its traction. A tractor that is too light due to increased wheel slip may have trouble keeping track. The load on the tractor prevents such situations, improves the comfort of work and translates directly into the reduction of fuel consumption.
Front loader with a solid, very durable structure for tractors with a power of 80-110 HP. The device is indispensable on any farm for transporting gravel, manure or agricultural products. The loader is attached to the tractor frame and installation is quick and intuitive. The loader is controlled by a 2-3 section joystick. The standard includes a shock absorber, hydraulic hoses hidden in the frame and a Euro frame for attaching accessories. Technical parameters:
