The training was a workshop – a situational game during which participants learned about aspects related to mobbing.

What behaviors are not mobbing?
Phases of mobbing.
Counteracting mobbing in the workplace.
Internal Anti-Mobbing Policy.
Code of professional ethics.
Legal measures limiting the phenomenon of mobbing.
What claims does an employee have in connection with mobbing?
