Each spring sees a working meeting of representatives of members of the international organisation CLIMMAR. This year this meeting was held in Bratislava, on March 3–5, and representatives of 14 national organisations of dealers of agricultural machines participated in it (representatives of Switzerland and Luxembourg were not present).
This time the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Agricultural Machines and Facilities also had its representative. During the meeting, current issues concerning projects executed under CLIMMAR cooperation were discussed.
One of the issues focused on works associated with regulations on access to repair and maintenance information for vehicles (RMI) – CLIMMAR involvement in lobbing activities associated with this subject were presented, together with actions proposed for the future. Representatives of France and Germany presented results of works associated with common market results on the sector monitoring and the dealer satisfaction index (DSI) survey, which this year will be organised on-line for the first time. During the meeting, new proposed joint actions were also discussed. Further works will be conducted in working groups at the next meeting in June 2017.
