The Code of Ethics describes, amongst the others, principles aiming at protection of the Chamber interests and image, its prestige, mutual respect of associated companies and the organisation authorities. It a need to actively participate in the Chamber’s current works and maintaining its apolitical character. It also imposes a duty to treat customers of companies associated in this organisation in an appropriate and fair way. Furthermore, it proposes to solve possible issues in an amicable way, and in difficult cases, to refer to an arbitration by fellow members.
