The current year, 2023, is exceptional for InteTech, because it celebrates 15 years of its operations. Throughout the years, the company has thoroughly learnt users’ needs and expectations, significantly expanding its product range, and literally has grown right before our eyes.
The start-up of yet another new production hall, of 5000 m2m, planned for this year, represents the next milestone in a consistent development of the company’s position in the market. In the robustly changing work, the manufacturer of farming machines from Zambrów does not cease to develop, investing in lands and the machine pool – recently nearly PLN 22 million.
The consistent care for quality of processed materials, the ERP control over production processes, starting with the inspection of incoming materials, through thorough tests of components and an entire machine, aim at manufacturing of reliable machines widely accessible for customers in terms of their prices. The owners, Anna and Piotr Jankowscy, are aware that this is ensured solely by consistent and well-thought steps, and a precisely developed action plan.
With the use of the latest technologies, the company is able to improve its competitive edge by increasing the share of income from export activities. Investing in automation and robotisation sector, the company brings in, in particular, its own capital, better culture of work, dynamics of its activities, and openness to changes.
In the age of increasing costs of raw and production materials , maintaining high quality and usability parameters of products becomes very important. During the economic downturn, many companies try to handle the problems by cutting production costs or using less expensive replacement parts in their machines. However, InterTech does not do this, as it consistently selects high quality components purchased from leading European manufacturers. During the downturn, difficult actions need to be taken, but this situation is going to change sooner or later and restoring the company reputation and regaining the trust of customers will take years.
InterTech customers can choose from among 250 machines available in its range, divided into 6 product categories. The Orange line, containing municipal machines, will perform great in the autumn and winter season.
When the first signs of spring appear and field works begin, machines from the Blue line will be helpful. Modern levelling harrows for fields and meadows, available in the company range, have a width of 4 m to 8 m, so every user can choose equipment matching their relevant area and tractor capacity. At that period, various types of cultivating units or post-seeding rollers are also indispensable, available in many configurations adjusted to different needs of the farmer.
The basic equipment used during summer includes racking and wrapping machines from the Green line or slurry trailers from the Silver line. In autumn, you should also note the maize dozer from the Green line, which will definitely optimise and shorten hard work on heaps, as well as on the trailed HD disc harrow from the Blue line. It can be used for shallow post-harvest ploughing, as well as for deep soil cultivation post maize harvesting, as its depth can be adjusted between 3 and 15 cm.
Products from the Smart and Loader lines can be useful at any time of the year. The first of these lines is the oldest, and also the most extensive one, and contains hydraulic hoppers or a silage cutter. Over 600 different models of support structures for tractors, of a power of 26 HP to 200 HP are available for front loaders, for which the manufacturer from Zambrów is famous, so expectations of practically every farmer can be met.
Analyses conducted by the company show that final users of one of its products easily decide to make further purchases.
