By handing over the symbolic relay baton to the young generation, the reins at the Agros-Wrońscy company were handed over. Jan and Maria Wrońscy, the founders of one of the largest and oldest companies distributing New Holland agricultural equipment in Southern Poland, handed over the company to their successors during the company’s 30th anniversary in the presence of customers, partners and employees.
On October 1, in Zdanowice, the process of management succession was completed at Agros-Wrońscy sp.z o.o., winner of many industry awards, including the New Holland Dealer of the Year 2020.
Maria and Jan Wrońscy, the current members of the New Holland machine dealer management board, after 30 years of work, joined the Supervisory Board and in their place a new generation appeared: Justyna Hołyś and Marcin and Tomasz Wrońscy. The new management board, headed by Marcin Wroński, will continue working on company’s current goals, while focusing on a strategy that is to maintain the company’s high position on the market and at the same time emphasize the need to take up challenges related to the requirements of climate policy and trends that define the future of the agro industry.
Another issue that the new management raises is the popularization of so-called “smart farming” – we want every equipment that we provide to our customers to be equipped with the technology of the future, because it increases the profitability of production and meets the current challenges faced by humanity. Such solutions are offered by the New Holland brand, with which our parents have been cooperating almost from the very beginning – says Tomasz Wroński, Vice President of the Management Board of Agros-Wrońscy.
The new management also sees the challenge of increasing support in servicing increasingly sophisticated and technologically advanced agricultural equipment. It will done by increasing the service potential with a simultaneous shortening of the service access time and reducing the travel distance of mobile service teams.
The 30th anniversary jubilee was organized by the Agros-Wrońscy company in Zdanowice – in a new facility, put into use this summer, which serves the existing and new area that the company has in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
The ceremony gathered over 200 people – customers, employees and representatives of manufacturers of modern agricultural machinery, including the key partner CNH Industrial.
Until the end of the year, at the headquarters of the Agros-Wrońscy company in Strzelce Wielkie and in three branches in Zdanowice, Szonowice and Wróblewo, to celebrate the 30th anniversary, customers and residents will be invited to participate in birthday promotions.
One of the largest and oldest suppliers of modern agricultural machinery in Poland has made itself known to its customers through the slogan: we help in every field. At the moment, it has several thousand regular customers who develop their farms or companies using blue and yellow machines.
Member of the Supervisory Board, Jan Wroński, former president of the company, recalls the origins of the company as the moment when agriculture began to change rapidly. After the death of my father, as a 23-year-old, I became the head of the family and took over the farm duties. I was also a workshop manager at a nearby production cooperative. Back then, working in the countryside was a chore. I saw a chance for improvement in working conditions in newer and better machines. When the system changed in the country, I was able to pursue my dreams in my own company. I feel fulfilled when I see the difference in the comfort, safety and efficiency of working on a farm compared to how my parents worked. Such changes are possible thanks to New Holland machines – says Jan Wroński, outgoing president and founder of Agros-Wrońscy.
Agros-Wrońscy is one of the oldest and largest distributors of modern agricultural machinery in Poland. The supplier of machinery for farmers is also a significant employer in this part of the country. At the moment, it employs 100 people. It is a key dealer of New Holland, the largest producer of agricultural machinery. At the same time, it offers machines from global and Polish brands in the industry: Unia Group, Kuhn, Kongskilde, Vaderstad, Hardi, Pomot Chojna, Metal Fach, POM Augustów, Pronar. Apart from selling machines, Agros-Wrońscy provides full warranty and post-warranty service. The spare parts stores are well-equipped and the delivery logistics works smoothly.
